1- How do I open an account?
For all CN employees, enter your pin # as your username and your last name as your password.
For the general public, enter the username and password you would like to use.

2- If I give my credit card information, can I be guaranteed the information is secure?
Absolutely – our site is protected with SSL, otherwise known as a Secure Sockets Layer. SSL is an encryption technology that protects your credit card information as you send it from you computers to ours.

3- What if I forget my password?
Send us an email with your username at info@CNboutique.com asking for your password and we will get back to you with your password.

4- Pricing?
All products are priced in Canadian Funds and subject to change without notice.

5- Gift certificates?
Gift certificates are non-refundable and for website purchase only. No cash refund.

6- When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped within 10 days after the receipt of your order confirmation. You will be notified by email, only if your back order is delayed more than 3 weeks.

7- What are the shipping charges?
Ground shipping charges are included in the unit price for Canada only.

8- Can I make any corporate purchases from this website?
No, For all corporate purchases you must order thought the ARIBA system. CNboutique should only be used as a viewing tool in this case.

9- I am an employee, am I entitled to the preferred CN pricing?
Yes, log in using your pin number as user name and you last name as password. Then follow the instructions.

Returns and Exchanges
All merchandise purchased from T.O.P. MARKETING is warranted against production defect. For any defective or damaged item received, please follow the instructions listed below:

• Electronic gift certificates are not refundable.

Returning merchandise:

1. Email info@topmktg.net for a return authorization number.
2. Return item in its original packaging if possible.
3. Include a copy of your order receipt (packing slip) with a note describing the reason for the return
4. Return the item within 30 days of receiving the Return Authorization number.
5. Return Authorization number should be on outside of package.
6. Return address is listed in the "contact us" page, under "postal mail"
